What are the accepted payment methods?
We make payment requests through the system payment processor PayPal. This system accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Can I return the items?
You need to contact WEB customer service within 14 days to start the process of returning the articles. The items and their packaging must be complete, unaltered (in their exact original condition). The customer must cover shipping costs for any return of merchandise. The customer must contact customer service (by phone or Email) to provide the tracking number and carrier must insure the merchandise returned since he remains the owner of the items until they are received. When the warehouse staff will confirm that the items are intact (original condition), WEB customer service will issue a credit for the returned items at the original price excluding the $7.50 of shipping fees (for purchase under $100).
How soon will I receive my order?
Item in stock: Your order will be shipped the next business day via Canada Post (Express Post). You will receive your order within 2 to 8 business days. Item in order: Your order is sent to the supplier. After the delay established by the supplier, your order is received at our warehouse and will be shipped by Canada Post (Express Post), the next business day. You will receive your order within 2 to 8 business days once we receive it at our warehouse.
