Multiluminaire.ca uses the ‘Expedited Parcel’ by Canada Post to ship orders across Canada exclusively. If you are not present at the delivery, Canada Post lets you a notice card showing you where the parcel can be picked up (Canada Post or postal counter closest to you). You have 15 days to pick up your parcel. After that, it is returned to us with fees. If we have to return the parcel, you will have to pay back the fees for the return to our warehouse and the fees for the return of the order to your address. If there is an error on your part in the address, zip code, apartment, suite etc., the same fees of returning and reshipping will apply.
Item in stock: Your order will be shipped the next business day via Canada Post (Express Post). You will receive your order within 2 to 8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, except for holidays.

Item in order: Your order is sent to the supplier. After the delay established by the supplier, your order is received at our warehouse and will be shipped by Canada Post (Express Post), the next business day. You will receive your order within 2 to 8 business days once we receive it at our warehouse. Business days are Monday to Friday, except for holidays.
Multiluminaire.ca will provide a tracking number upon shipment of the goods. This tracking number, written in blue, is on the center of the page of the email that we sent you. By clicking on the tracking number, you head automatically to the Canada Post web site. This will indicate the progress of your order. You can also see the status of your delivery by entering the tracking number provided at the following link: www.canadapost.ca
Risk of loss
Any purchase through Multiluminaire.ca is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and propriety rights relating to the goods is passed on to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.
We are currently unable to accept international shipments or to perform them.
Multiluminaire.ca is not responsible for costs incurred after receipt of a damaged or defective item.
